1 Introduction

2 Description of Service and Accounts

AI-powered platform. Account registration required. Freemium + 30-day free trial + monthly paid subscriptions (pricing/limits subject to change with reasonable notice). Credit system for LLM prompt processing — credits have no cash value and are visible on the dashboard. Free-tier accounts inactive for 12 continuous months will be terminated and deleted.

3 Artificial Intelligence and Third-Party Providers

AI models from Google, OpenAI, and Anthropic. Prompts and uploaded content may be transmitted to these providers and processed outside the EEA. Provider agreements explicitly exclude User data from foundational model training. AI outputs are probabilistic; user is solely responsible for verification.

4 User Content and Acceptable Use

User retains ownership of content. Limited processing license granted to the Company. Strictly no upload of sensitive personal data (health, financial, highly confidential). Prohibited: illegal activities, harmful content generation, third-party rights violations.

5 Payments, Billing, and Refunds

Payments via Stripe. No credit card data stored by Cogniverse. All subscription and credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable. No prorated refunds for cancellations, except where mandatory EU consumer protection law requires.

6 Limitation of Liability and Governing Law

Service provided "AS IS". No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Governed by Estonian law. Disputes resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
